Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery


We ship to customers within the United Kingdom only, excluding Northern Ireland. All physical goods are shipped via BookVault’s trackable service. Orders can only be placed if the selected shipping method includes tracking.


Digital Goods


Digital goods, such as ebooks and audiobooks, are delivered instantly via an email from BookFunnel. These are non-refundable once delivered. Please check the email address associated with your Shopify account, as well as your Spam or Promotions folder, if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes.


Print Books


Print books are printed and shipped by BookVault using a tracked shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location within the UK. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as postal delays, holidays or strikes may affect delivery times. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for delayed deliveries unless the item fails to arrive.


Damaged or Missing Items


If your print books arrive damaged or defective, or if your order does not arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 14 days of the shipment date, and include any supporting documentation, such as photos of the damage or proof of non-delivery. Replacements will be issued only once. Refunds for missing or damaged items will only be provided if the required documentation is supplied.


Delivery Address


For physical goods, such as print books, you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the item.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
• If the incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.
• If tracking confirms that the item was delivered.
• If damage or non-delivery is not reported within 14 days of the shipment date.
