For information on returns, refunds and cancellations, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy. Note that digital goods such as ebooks and audiobooks are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:
• The incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.
• Tracking confirms the item was delivered.
• Damage or non-delivery is not reported within 14 days of the shipment date.

5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. By completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Any disputes regarding payments should be handled through the relevant payment processor.

6. Digital Goods
Any digital goods are delivered via BookFunnel. Once purchased, these are non-refundable except in the case of duplicate purchases, which must be reported within 48 hours.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by S.L. Lager or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent from us.
